Depart Fort Lauderdale exiting the Florida coastline at Port Everglades. Saying good-bye to South Florida and eagerly looking forward to the clear Bahamian Blue waters in Bimini. Water, water everywhere as you cross the Gulfstream headed to the Bimini islands. Be sure to keep a look out for pods of dolphin, pods of whales and of course the flying fish! You may see cruise ships, tankers, cargo ships and fishing boats heading east as well. Arriving at North Bimini Island in less than 3 hours where the Captain will fly the quarantine flag and clear Customs and Immigration. Upon final clearance, then guests are allowed to disembark and explore the island. Rent a golf cart or scooter and head to the powdery white sand beaches — be sure to take along your snorkel gear and towels. Finish the day off with cocktails, sunset, and fresh fish from the local fisherman.
